Amazing Care for Those Who Need It Most
Internationally, RAM offers free medical Clinics for underserved families who have little or no access to basic medical care. RAM responds to this need by providing free dental, vision, and medical care during local “expeditions” in communities that collaborate with RAM to plan, recruit, mobilize and organize free clinics. The initial RAM event in Manatee County was in November 2015. The two day event touched the lives of 1868 citizens by providing free dental, vision and medical care. There were 4122 separate health care procedures and 1002 dental procedures with the help of 1100 volunteers.
The website RAMusa.org has a lot of information, including a great 60 Minutes video and Dr Conard METV interview.

We Need Your Help
VOLUNTEER - DONATE - PARTICIPATE There is no doubt that the Manasota RAM/Animal Network expedition is a worthwhile and much needed endeavor. Imagine the short-term effects —healthier, happier pets who get to stay in their loving homes. Imagine the long-term effects — a reduction in the number of pets in rescues and shelters due to proper identification and sterilization. It could truly be a game changer for the whole rescue community as well as individual pets and their owners.
